The following terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") apply to the Drama Max mobile application ("Application") and all information, content, services, and products provided through them (collectively "Drama Max" or "Service").

Drama Max reserves the right to modify, cancel, add, or replace any terms listed herein at any time without prior notice. These terms are effective and binding for all users and registered members of this application. Therefore, you should visit this page regularly. Your continued use of this application after any revision of these terms is considered acceptance of these revisions. When you use Drama Max or register as a member of this application, you will be deemed to have accepted all rules of these terms. Please read all relevant terms carefully before using this application. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Drama Max and you.

• 2.2 For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights from us or any third party to you, and all rights, title, and interest in such property will remain with the applicable owner.

3.1 We currently do not have an account system.

4. User Behavior Restrictions

• 4.1 Unless prohibited by applicable law, you may not:
  • (a) copy, distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform the Service;
  • (b) modify the Service;
  • (c) interfere with or circumvent any feature of the Service, including any security or access control mechanism. You may not use the Service if you are prohibited under applicable law.
• 4.2 You may not alter or modify the platform in any way or access the platform using any means other than those authorized by Drama Max, including but not limited to not using robots, spiders, or other automated means of accessing the platform.

5. Payment

• 5.1 Access to certain features of the platform or Service may require payment. You will have the opportunity to review and accept the fees that will be charged before making any payment.
• 5.2 Drama Max reserves the right to determine service prices. Drama Max will make reasonable efforts to keep pricing information current on the website. We encourage you to regularly check our application for current pricing information.
• 5.3 Drama Max will charge according to the payment method specified at the time of purchase. You agree to comply with all terms regarding fees payable to us for use of the Service, including but not limited to Google Play or Apple App Store payment Terms of Service. If you use a credit card to pay any fees, Drama Max may pre-authorize your credit card account before your purchase to verify the credit card is valid and has the necessary funds or credit limit to cover your purchase.
• 5.4 The company is not responsible for any transactions processed by or paid to third parties, whether or not related to our services. All purchases may be subject to taxes or other fees, including but not limited to exchange fees or rate differences that vary by location, and all fees and taxes related to any service are your responsibility.

6. Disclaimer

• 6.1 While Drama Max strives to ensure optimal service performance, you agree to assume all risks related to using the Service and relying on materials contained within.
• 6.2 The Service and all materials therein are provided "AS IS" and to the maximum extent permitted by law, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. This means, at minimum, Drama Max does not warrant that the Service is suitable for any particular purpose; that functions contained in the Service materials will be uninterrupted; that defects will be corrected; that the Service is free from viruses and other harmful components or that the Service is accurate or reliable.
• 6.3 Drama Max does not guarantee the availability, delivery, performance, pricing, or timeliness of any works or other intellectual property appearing on the platform.
• 6.4 You understand and agree that Drama Max shall not be liable for any failure beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, explosion, vandalism, terrorism, weather disturbances, national emergencies, riots, wars, labor difficulties, supplier failures, shortages, breaches, any actions or requirements of any government.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Drama Max shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, tort, or exemplary damages relating in any way to the platform or these Terms, regardless of legal theory.

8. Indemnification

• 8.1 You are responsible for your use of the platform and will indemnify Drama Max Entities against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
• 8.2 Drama Max reserves the right to assume exclusive defense of claims eligible for indemnification, in which case you shall provide reasonable cooperation at your expense.

9. Protection

• 9.1 You agree to protect, indemnify, and hold Drama Max and its protected parties harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
• 9.2 You will assist and cooperate with protected parties in defending against such claims upon reasonable request.
